Photo Booth Caper is a small, family-owned business based out of Paso Robles, CA - serving SLO County and more!
Our founders, father-daughter team Manuel and Q Medina, have been locals of the beautiful central coast for the past 28+ years. Their passion for creating real bonds with those around them and supporting the community they live in is expressed in everything they do, including business. Both have many years of event experience and could have never guessed their new dream would spark from a chance purchase of the first photo booth during the daunting 2020 era.
The Photo Booth Caper team believes in having fun at all events, even if that may look a bit sillier at times and much more elegant at others. Our philosophy is that simply bringing a fun photo booth service to your event isn't enough. We want to embody the true meaning of creating a good time by having each of our members be the fun at your events.
With five different photo booth options, there isn't an occasion here in our wine country and ever growing tourism hot spot that we aren't prepared to make lasting memories at!

OUR HEART & INNOVATOR
Creator, contributor, and active booth attendant, Manuel Medina is the heart of our operation.
Starting out as a young high-schooler house party DJ, Manuel has always been hands-on in the event experience from an early age. Adulthood (and parenthood) shifted his focus to obtaining further college education to take that event business to the next level in the heart of wine country by breaking into the wedding scene. From there his enthusiasm and drive to be the go-to trusted dj, lighting, av, and more among the businesses in his community. Once the big 2020 hit, a shift had to be made.
Manuel decided to make use of the in-house isolation and ample time for inner visions to dip his toes into a new venture. With his new purchase and business avenue, our social butterfly of a leader realized he enjoyed the more laid back nature of professionalism he could embody through the photo booth services.
His passion and love for having a good time bleeds into all aspects of the business in the best way possible!
There would be no Photo Booth Caper without him.
OUR BRAINS & OVERLORD
Organizer, sounding-board, and social media addict, Q Medina self-identifies as the overlord level type of our operation.
Raised by a do-er and steadfast supporter of big dreams, Q has always preferred the back-end of tasking to achieve her goals. Youth saw years of reading, learning, and wanting to achieve big things as the right-hand (wo)man to a business leader yet never be in the spotlight herself. At university in Northern California, she realized that not only was the written word something she loved, but the other creative and various ways one could communicate with others enthralled her as well.
While expanding her life and work experience in adulthood by getting into hospitality sales, Q began to reaffirm her knowledge that the true skillset she held was indeed in keeping others on track. What she didn't expect to find along her journey was the enthusiasm and aptitude for social media/marketing.
She decided her drive and energy was best spent assisting the family business, which fulfills her more than any corporate job could.
